Sausage is now ready

The hogs we had processed this week yielded more sausage than we expected and we have plenty for sale. It is whole-hog, which means that it contains meat from the entire hog, not just the "left-overs" and variety meats. As is the case with all of our animals, the hogs were produced without antibiotics, hormones, or drugs. The sausage is all-natural with no preservatives, MSG, or artificial ingredients.
